So I took full advantage of those Black Friday discounts and treated the kit to a few new additions!
When it comes to makeup I'm just a teeny bit obsessed and know that if I don't set myself a spend limit I WILL go crazy. So with £200 in my hands what did I choose!?
URBAN DECAY Ultimate Basics
I'm a big fan of Urban Decay and already have most of the range in my kit. Matte neutrals are a staple for any professional kit and this palette has the perfect colour range. Ideal alone or combined with shimmer pigments on top. The packaging is also very pretty!
Shades: blow, Nude, Commando, Tempted, Instinct, Lethal, Pre-Game, Extra Bitter, Faith, Lockout, Magnet and Blackjack.
YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer
This is just gorgeous!
Primer is essential for holding makeup in place all day. This genius product from YSL ticks all of the boxes of a regular prime but also adds radiance. Don't be put off by the glittery look. This goes onto skin so smoothly and doesn't look sparkly on.
GIORGIO ARMANI Luminous Silk Foundation
I have a LOT of foundations in my kit and am a BIG fan of CHANEL but I thought I'd give Armani Luminous Silk a go as I've heard so much positive feedback.
This ticks 3 massive boxes for a makeup artist - Long wear, Oil free and buildable. Perfect for Bridal.
I'll be buying every shade if this is a hit!
Shades: 2, 3, 4
URBAN DECAY After Glow Highlighter palette
I am obsessed with highlighter and absolutely love this palette from Urban Decay.
A great variety of colour that will suit any skin tone.
Shades: Bliss, Peroxide, NSFW and Side Piece.
KIEHLS Ultra Facial Oil-Free Lotion
A kit restock - This Oil free lotion is one of my skin prep staples.
Oil free and non greasy it sinks into the skin quickly and is the perfect shine free base.
I can't wait to use some of these lovelies on my clients over the coming months!
